How to record the parcel in the system?
Answer: You could check the parcels arrived in our warehouse or not in our website or APP.

If all the information is correct including member name, member no, phone no,
you don’t need to register the goods in the system. We help you to update the record
automatically. Claiming your courier will automatically enter your [My Warehouse]

Hints:
If your courier record indicated that the parcel is received,and it is still not in your
Warehouse record over 1 ay, please enter the courier no. in [Registration claim] to
claim it.

Why there are such procedures?
(1) It did not show your member name on the courier’s receipt.
(2) It did not show your member no. on the courier’s receipt.
(3) It did not show your registered mobile no. on the receipt.
(4) The delivery note is not clear.
