FREE DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY CRITERIA
EXTRA DELIVERY COSTS FOR BELOW orDERS

The courier fee does not include door to door delivery for above cases. Customers need to pick up the parcels from the driver in downstairs. If need to change another lift in order to access to the building, the customers must pay the extra labor costs.

ENTER CAR-PARK FOR DELIVERY
If the driver is required to enter a car-park in order to make the delivery, the customer is responsible for the car-park fee. Otherwise, the customer need to pick up the parcels in the delivery truck.
BANNED GOODS
Banned Goods for courier delivery: By Chinese government’s regulation, the goods are banned for courier delivery including minerals, charcoal, rare material, cigarette, gun, liquid, power, explosive materials, flammable materials, radioactive and toxic materials, Cash, valuable goods, jewelry, perishable items, live animals, and plants, improper packaging which may hurt others or cause pollution.
DETAIL INFORMATION
When submitting a consolidated order, members should fill in the name of the item correctly in Chinese. If the name of the item is not filled out or is incorrectly filled, it may inspect by the customs. We will not be responsible for any consequences and reserve legal responsibility.
CUT-OFF TIME AND BUSINESS HOURS
The cut-off time is before 5 pm every day except Saturday. The payment shall be made at the same time.There is no container to Hong Kong on Saturday, or the day is public holiday in Hong Kong. There are containers to Hong Kong on Sunday. The normal working hour for customer service is between 9:00am to 8:00pm. The standard delivery time: Monday to Saturday morning 9:00 to 6:00 pm (If you need to deliver at night, please contact customer service to make an appointment). The delivery is normal on Saturdays, There are no delivery on Sunday and public holidays.
ORDER LIMITATION
Each order is 60 items maximum. The minimum delivery cost per delivery is RMB40(except for the pick-up center orders). There are 90 days free storage in mainland warehouses.
